Employees can find their job security in their loyalty to their company.

While transferring, trusted or capable employees are awarded the better places to work and others, to join the other way.

Employees can switch themselves to employers if they think and work like them.

Learning through experience is the best way to learn but its costs are very high. I suggest employees to work very hard to have more and more experience. They do not bear these costs themselves but it’s their employers that do. I also suggest them to be loyal so that the employers may provide them more opportunities.
